Course Objectives
This one day course will cover more advanced commands including advanced searches, customising ACT!, working with Templates and more advanced Reports. The course does not cover ACT! administration commands such as security and multi-user settings.
Who Should Attend?
Those who have used ACT! and who require a review of ACT!’s more advanced features. Previous experience of using ACT! at an introductory level will be assumed. Delegates with no previous experience of ACT! should first attend our "Introduction to ACT!" Course.

Customising an existing ACT! report.
Creating a new ACT! report.
Importing and Exporting Data.
Setting ACT! preferences.
Customising ACT! including menus, toolbars and keyboard shortcuts.
