Course Objectives
This course is designed for computer users with little or no previous experience of Lotus Notes. Anyone who feels that they need to develop a better understanding of basic Lotus Notes concepts and capabilities will benefit from attending this course. Some knowledge of computer basics and working with Windows is expected. The topics covered on our "Introduction to Microsoft Windows" course are an adequate prerequisite for this course.
Who Should Attend?
This one day course aims to provide a working knowledge of the Lotus Notes environment. The three main topics covered on the course are 1) working with Lotus Notes databases including creating and editing documents, 2) creating, sending and managing Lotus Notes mail and 3) utilising the Calendar including group scheduling.
