What time do your courses start and finish?

For the public courses at the training centre we ask you to arrive by 9:15 for a 9:30 start. Courses will finish at approximately 17:00 with a short break mid morning and mid afternoon, plus an hour for lunch between 13:00 and 14:00.

For closed company day training and on client site courses we can negotiate different start and finish times and a shorter lunch break if you prefer.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing; smart business attire is not mandatory.

Do you provide lunch?

No, we do not provide lunch.  However, we do provide a dedicated delegate area with use of a fridge and microwave if you would like to bring your own. Alternatively, we can recommend some excellent local restaurants and take aways.

Do you use freelance trainers?

No. All of our trainers are full-time, permanent members of staff.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, cheque or internet bank transfer.

Are you accredited?

Yes, we are approved trainers for both Microsoft and Lotus

Do you offer volume discounts for block bookings?

Pre-paid vouchers are available for reduced priced places on public scheduled courses.

What is the maximum number of people you run a course with?

The training centre accommodates a maximum class size of six (6) delegates.

What is the minimum class size?

We do not specify a minimum number.  Your course will run even if there is only one delegate.

Do I receive a qualification after completing a course with you?

No, though we will provide a certificate of attendance if requested.

What is included in the training price?

You will be supplied with a bound set of training notes written by the trainer who delivers your training, with copies of all exercises used and additional ones for consolidation.  All work created during the day will be saved to CD,or if you prefer can be emailed to you, for reference if needed.

If you run into difficulties, unlimited post course support is available by phone or email.  This will be directed to the trainer who teaches you (although he may have to get back to you if he is training!)

Can you supply equipment for on site courses?

Yes.  We can supply laptops at £10 per system per day.

Contact us.  We will help assess your current level of expertise and what your needs are.  We can supply training needs analysis documents, which will determine the right course for you.  If you would like more help, then please return the forms to us and we will make a recommendation.

What is your cancellation policy?

For public courses we require three full working days written cancellation.

For tailored training and closed company day courses we require five full working days written cancellation.

For room hire we require payment in full ten days in advance.

We retain the right to charge full fees for cancellation without required notice.

What training options are available?

Public scheduled courses

Closed company day training - Any public course can be delivered as a closed company day event, either at our training centre or on your site

Bespoke courses - we can customise courses to suit your needs.  We will discuss your particular requirements and create a course that is most relevant to you.

On site training - any public course, bespoke and modular training can be delivered on your site.  If you don't have computers available you can hire our laptops at £10 per system per day.

Modular courses - topic based short courses repeated throughout the day or you can mix-and-match, delivered either at our training centre or on your site

Less formal Question & Answer sessions

Migration/Conversion training - When changing to new software or upgrading to a newer version of the same software we can deliver appropriate training which will take into consideration existing knowledge and teach the new features and major changes .
